After the successful initial phase of the Dolforgan View development in the heart of Powys near Newtown, Morris Marshall and Poole bring forward the next phase ahead of their completion. In association with Wyro Green Homes, the properties include high quality fitted kitchens and bathrooms with circuitry for electric vehicle charging and solar panels.

We provided photography, video and drone footage of the development blended into a promotional video releasing the latest phase of properties. We use custom animations and labelling to highlight key parts of the development and show the progress from when the development was first starting to its current phase.
